2024 Graduation Registration Form

Every year NBHE is proud to recognize its graduates. If your child is graduating from high school, please fill out the form below. Please use the upload section of the form to attach a photograph of the graduate, and be sure to indicate in the form what their future goals are. If you prefer you can email the photo to contact@nbhe.net. Registration forms are due no later than May 20th, 2024.
